There was some initial concern with Nintendo being able to update their security patch but the software guys at Acekard have been on top of this. Unlike other flash carts on the market, the Acekard 2i boot sector can be updated should there ever be a need. Brilliant! 

The Acekard 2i is an example how flash cart technology will always evolve to fit the demand. Players expect more from their portable gaming experiences and with every exciting new release from Nintendo, you can always expect to see more innovations from the flash cart technology companies.
